LAUNCH TUITION -

ADULTS

Launch Tuition is a small company built by Rocket Scientists with the idea that each student can achieve an A*. It was founded on the premise that most students are not reaching their potential. Their team are specialists in Maths and Science, and for over 5 years, they’ve helped inspire students to achieve academic excellence.

YOGA AND PILATES - 

ADULTS

Yoga and Pilates are brilliant ways to relax from the bustling inner-city. What better way to control stress than to take time out to breathe and just be? No internet, selfies, Snapchat - and no stress - just bliss with an expert instructor to guide the way. Best of all, new group sessions run every Monday evening in blocks every 6 weeks.

NOVA ENGLISH CLASSES -

ADULTS

Nova English classes at the QPG Hub are unique in that they are accompanied by sewing (if you can't sew, you'll soon learn!) We find that this facilitates learning, as the atmosphere is congenial and casual, and thus any "pressure" factor is removed. So, come along, learn English, learn to sew, and make new friends all the same time.

QPG FITNESS -

ADULTS

JP Fitness Club runs two adult’s sessions per week, on the front lawn of the Community Hub and is a perfect setting for adults of all fitness levels, focusing on Callisthenics and core training. With one morning session and one evening session, there really isn’t any excuse not to try these brilliant new sessions and get fit and toned with other likeminded residents.

COMMUNITY CAFE -

ADULTS

The second Tuesday of every month we partner up with the local Community Health Champions to provide health advice and informative fun quizzes for local adults, in exchange for free healthy lunch from our Community Café. Whoever said there was no such thing as a free lunch! There'll be even more pop-up cafes throughout Summer and Autumn in 2019.

BOOTCAMP -

ADULTS

Our very successful Bootcamp session runs every Wednesday evening and sees up to 30 young people and adult residents coming together to take part in high to low intensity interval training with qualified QPG Personal Trainers. One member has even hit her own target of losing two stone since she joined in January 2018. Use #QPGbootcamp
