COVID 19 - Update From Ryan Dalton

I am writing this update on our plans for Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the preparations within QPG Community & Sports Hub and QPG Football Academy.

As of today, Friday March, 13th, all of our daily activities continue as planned. However, please keep an eye on our emails, texts, website, and social media channels, as this may change.

This is a fast-moving situation, as I'm sure you're aware, and we will keep you updated of any changes, as and when they arise.

It goes without saying that the health and safety of our children, parents, employees, and neighbours are paramount at this time. We have already aligned our activities to the UK Government Guideline on COVID19 including recommendations for self-isolation and the steps to ensure appropriate hygiene.

Communications to staff on hygiene has been increased to help prevent the spread of the virus in line with UK Government recommendations. This includes increasing awareness through online communication and visual aids throughout our office.

Continuity plans are now in place, and as a team we continue to monitor the situation.

An internal working group has been established across the organisations to monitor and respond to the ongoing situation. This plan of action ensures that we are aware of the impact to local amenities and we can respond quickly should the situation develop.

We are also working with our key partners, including local schools and suppliers to understand the status of their continuity planning, in order to ensure that we are all prepared for any eventuality.

In the meantime if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the QPG team on

Yours sincerely,

Ryan Dalton

Director of QPG Hub
