Don't Quit. Get Fit.

QPG are delighted to introduce J.P. Fitness Official Training Club's brand new "Don't Quit. Get Fit." high intensity fitness training for adults at all levels.

The sessions commence on Monday, 9th July, at 5.15-6.15pm, and Thursday at 10-11am , and are twice weekly thereafter.

All sessions take place at the QPG Community and Sports Hub at 254 Kilburn Lane, and cost £5 per session.
